Conference Exhibits
Hello Exhibitors,
The Western Association of Educational Opportunity Personnel (WESTOP) has entered its 31st year anniversary. WESTOP is a regional organization of over 500 professionals in over 300 programs working with over 100,000 economically, educationally disadvantaged and disabled individuals and veterans with the goal of assisting each student in attaining a college degree. We are looking forward to a productive year as we plan many activities to serve our membership, our institutions and the students and families of our region. We are especially looking forward to the WESTOP Annual Conference which is scheduled on March 1- 4th, 2009 at the refined Sheraton, Phoenix, Arizona. WESTOP members from Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, Guam, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republics of the Marshall Islands and Palau and others will be gathering. I hope you will plan to join us at our conference.
In order to participate as an Exhibitor in the WESTOP 2009 Conference, you will need to register through CVENT, our electronic registration process. Once you have done that then fill out the Contract/Information form and return it to me, Genesis Toole, Exhibits Chair (see below). Specific information regarding the registration process, the Exhibit Package Options and Exhibit Information follow on pages 2-4.
If your organization wishes to advertise in the WESTOP program (as part of a Package Option), please have your marketing department send us your corporate logo, advertising copy and artwork by January 9th, 2009.
