The WESTOP Fund Development Committee is responsible for organizing and coordinating fund development activities for the Association.

Committee Assignments:

• Develop and implement a fund raising strategy that will secure at least two sponsorship opportunities by the 2007 Annual Conference.
• Identify potential corporate donors, partners and event sponsors and plan fundraising strategies during conference and throughout the year.
• Pursue corporate partnerships and sponsorships that provide major funds for operation of WESTOP activities.
• Plan, market and implement the Silent Auction and raffles during the annual conference.

Committee Updates:

1. Complying list of potential organizations that will fund scholarships

2. Flyer for PDS or each chapter to promote raffle sale (cruise)

Action Items:

1. OK flyer and/or format

2. Send flyer out to Chapter Presidents for PDS

3. Check the list of potential donors

4. Promote membership for fund development
